The Incredible Bulk at Bikini Beach

Young Billy Baxter tries to make hot chocolate out of mud and 7-Up. The mixture has a weird effect on his system. Whenever he's enraged he turns into a giant green monster called... THE INCREDIBLE BULK! His friend, Glorianna, the richest girl in town, gets a famous scientist to visit him in a deserted seafood restaurant, "The Bucket Of Squid," located on Bikini Beach. The beach has been declared "off-limits" by ecologists due to the "Malibu Sand Flea." Due to a detour and a storm, "The Bucket Of Squid" is soon playing host to gangsters, a compulsive tap dancer, a crooked judge, a parapsychologist, kidnapers and something called "The Ghost Of Bikini Beach" that give the Bulk competition in the scare department. It's mass confusion and up to the Incredible Bulk to solve the mess, which he does in uproarious fashion.
